We are currently giving all our UK customers free shipping on any non-sale order over £250.
We offer same day dispatch on items ordered before 3pm Monday–Friday.

Please note all footwear items are charged at a standard £10 delivery for UK.

International customers please note, you may be liable to pay import duties, custom charges and local taxes applicable to purchases. Unfortunately we cannot estimate the charge for you.
COLLECT IN STORE
If delivery method chosen is Collect In Store, please await a confirmation email from Lanigan & Hulme before collecting your order. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours please contact firstname.lastname@example.org/0161 834 5126.
To collect your item you will need to produce your order confirmation email upon collecting the order from Royal Exchange store.
If another person is collecting on your behalf they will need to show your order confirmation email at point of collection.
If an order is collected by a courier Lanigan & Hulme cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the item in transit. Please notify email@example.com if you plan to arrange a courier.
Collect In Store orders will be held at the Royal Exchange store for a maximum of 2 months from point of confirmation.
Our returns policy on Collect In Store orders begins from the day you receive your confirmation email.
You have 14 calendar days in which to contact us regarding a return, please do so on firstname.lastname@example.org or call the store on 0161 8345126 before sending.
The item or items must include the receipt or proof of purchase and to be eligible for a refund/exchange the item or items purchased must be in the same condition that they were received and must be unused, unworn and have all original tags attached.

Currently all returns cost must be covered and paid for by the purchaser, and we have no responsibility for the item/items until received back in store. We therefore strongly advise using an insured delivery service when returning.
